WHAT’S NEW FOR 2008 To coincide with the 150 year celebration of BC and the Greek Day celebrations, our theme for this years event is ”Remembering our Past. Sharing our Future” This theme has been chosen to showcase how Greek Mythology and Ancient Greek Culture has been the guiding light to modern times. The event will showcase the impact that the many Greeks who immigrated to BC made, while maintaining their culture, on the cultural fabric of BC today. This is even more relevant in 2008 as British Columbia celebrates its 150th Anniversary. |
